Scope of Services Elite Medical Industries provides professional specimen collection and administrative services, including but not limited to: Drug and Alcohol testing (DOT and Non-DOT), DNA paternity/relationship testing, Fingerprinting (background check processing), and Clinical Blood Work collection.

2. Role of the Company Elite Medical Industries acts as a certified collection facility. We are responsible for the professional collection and chain-of-custody handling of specimens. We are not a diagnostic laboratory; final analysis and results are performed by third-party CLIA-certified laboratories or government agencies (in the case of fingerprinting).

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy Appointments are required for certain services. While we strive for punctuality, Elite Medical Industries is not liable for delays caused by third-party laboratory systems or emergency volume.

4. Accuracy of Results Results for DNA and Drug testing are dependent on the honesty of the donor and the integrity of the laboratory. Elite Medical Industries is not responsible for the legal or personal outcomes resulting from test results.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Medical Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on any information provided on this website.
